Jeff Schwarz

Born into a family of bad cooks, non writers and definitely no yogis, Jeff came to cooking, writing and yoga later in life. First, there was an indifferent career on Wall Street. Followed by culinary school, cooking and more cooking. Then Columbia Journalism School. All the while, Montauk.

Most recently, Jeff was the chef at the Crows Nest restaurant in Montauk. The cooking there was seasonal and seafood focused, but also a place where vegetables got to be the stars.
