Ben Davies
Ben Davies is a Bangkok-based journalist, photographer and author whose work has appeared in a range of distinguished publications and media including the International Herald Tribune, the London Telegraph, the Guardian, the Wall Street Journal, Vogue and the BBC. After attending Edinburgh University, where he studied English literature, Ben followed his passion in life by travelling the world and to date has reported from over 50 countries including North Korea and Mongolia.
He is the author of Black Market: Inside the Endangered Species Trade in Asia, which documents the multi-billion dollar trade in rare wild animals. Amongst his other books, he has written and photographed Living with Spirits: A Journey into the Heart of Thailand and Laos: A Journey Beyond the Mekong.
