Issue No. 7 QUESTIONS
For the Questions issue we are turning our focus from the outside world and bringing it inward. Each day for 100 days we will step out into the world and meet with one person. We will ask each person we meet the same 12 questions. At the end of 100 days we hope to capture our collective voice within this interwoven web of dialog.

What do you do for a living?
I am the founder and lead investigator or ARM which stands for Animal Recovery Mission. (Click on link below to help raise funds towards ARM’s efforts to end animal cruelty. What do you do to feel alive?
Conduct our undercover investigations, surf, and ride motocross.
A lesson you learned from your mother:
Never accept “no” for an answer; Never give up on something that you start; And, I suppose, extreme stubbornness, which I guess helps in what we’re doing with ARM.
A lesson you learned from your father:
That’s a tough one. I would say, awareness – being aware of your surroundings.
What’s the most beautiful thing you saw today?
Palm trees and this Southern Florida December day.
What’s one thing you wouldn’t want anyone to take away from you?
Anything that I believe in and my pride.
What’s a thought you would like to never have again?
I don’t know how to put it concisely into one thought, but what troubles me the most is that the powers that be are unethical.
If you could become an inanimate object what would it be?
A pair of binoculars.
When do you feel most loved?
When I’m around my animals.
If your life were to end tomorrow what would be left undone?
#1: The care of my animals and #2 My campaign against animal cruelty.
What global issue would you take on if you didn’t have to worry about how?
What I’m doing right now: fighting extreme animal cruelty.
What’s the scariest thing that ever happened to you?
Probably being confronted and chased by people that have extreme hatred for me with axes in hand at 3 in the morning on one of the deadliest properties in the world.
