Christophe DiFalco
Christophe L. DiFalco, Esq.: Mr. DiFalco is a partner of DiFalco & Fernandez, LLLP, an East coast based law firm with offices in New York, NY and Coral Gables, FL. His practice focuses on general corporate advisory work, board of director advisement, entity structuring, and mergers and acquisitions, with a wide-variety of companies from public entities to start-up ventures. Mr. DiFalco has represented a broad range of companies and venture groups, some of the more recent of which are Energy Brands, Inc. (Vitaminwater), New York Sports Club, The Andalex Group, LLC, Eastport Operating Partners, LP, and Kowledgebears.com, Inc. Mr. DiFalco is also a principal of Seymour International, Inc., an Orlando, FL. based real estate investment company. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and is a double major from Amherst College in (i) Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought, and (ii) Political Science. His is an active member of the nonprofit organization Save Brasil.
